Analyst View
Gartner named NTT as a Challenger in the Magic Quadrant report. The analyst firm said NTT has the ability to bundle MSS with telecommunications and IT infrastructure service offerings. It also said GMSSP has a good range of roles available, with some customization and self-service capabilities available to customers. However, the company is in the midst of a global platform integration, which may impact some customers.
